I submitted the I485 under EB3 back in August 2007, got fingerprinted in November 2007 and got working permit in Nov 2007. I haven't gotten any news from USCIS ever since. What does this Unavailable status for EB3 means to me?. When may I finally get my green card?. Thanks.

I have a question on I am able to travel in the united states without problem if I have appending application for resident alien, but I have a I-766 work autherization. I wish to go from dallas to laredo texas.
