Approval Notice of Form I-539 Left Blank - Correction On the Way

A foreign national in the United States on a non-immigrant visa requesting either to extend status or change from one non-immigrant status to another must file Form I-539. If you filed Form I-539 and received an blank approval notice from the Vermont Service Center (VSC), the VSC has corrected the error, and will send your correction notice shortly. Approximately 200 faulty approval notices will be corrected.

I just received Approval of I-539 for my wife but it was a blank Approval with no visa class and no validity date.
My wife needs to go to home country by this month end. Do we have any contact number or link where we can track the status if they have mailed us the corrected notice or not.

Hi Robert,

My wife's I539 approval was sent twice with no dates and class and I issued my third request on Jan-28 and still waiting. Any idea on what is going on and we might receive the approval with proper dates and class ?
