Robert A. Kraft enjoys helping people who have Immigration, Personal Injury, or Social Security Disability law problems. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, a Fellow of the College of the State Bar of Texas, and a Director Emeritus of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association. He is a former President of the North Dallas Bar Association and a Sustaining member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. He is a Texas native, and has practiced law in Dallas since 1971.

Attorney Eugenia Ponce was born in Louisiana, but raised in Brownsville, Texas. She received her undergraduate college degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, and then went to the John Marshall Law School in Chicago. After graduating from law school, Ms. Ponce clerked for two federal judges in South Texas. She returned to school to receive her Master of Laws degree in International Law from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin.

 

Before becoming an associate at Kraft & Associates, Ms. Ponce worked as an attorney in a large Dallas immigration firm. Ms. Ponce has experience in family-based immigration and employment-based immigration, as well as other areas of U.S. Immigration Law. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and practices exclusively immigration law at Kraft & Associates. She contributes many of the posts on this Immigration Law Answers blog. Ms. Ponce is fluent in written and spoken Spanish, and is working on becoming fluent in Italian also.


Ms. Ponce is a member of the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and is active in a number of community organizations, such as Habitat for Humanity, through her membership in the Dallas Bar Association.
